Suffolk County Council Report a Highways Issue 
You can report highways issues such as potholes, damaged signs, blocked drains or faulty street lights to Suffolk County Council via their online Highways Reporting Tool, allowing you to log new defects and track existing reports.
You can report a wide range of issues including: drainage problems, bridge defects, debris or weeds on highways, faded road markings, pavement faults, overgrown trees or hedges, lighting failures, and more. Using the online reporting tool ensures defects are recorded correctly and efficiently routed for repair.

When wishing to report something, the easiest way is to do so using the on-line reporting tool from the Suffolk Constabulary. To report a crime being committed, always dial 999.
